No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
TheVaishnav maintains a strict no refund and no cancellation policy for all software products and services purchased.
Exceptions
A refund will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- If you have been charged but the software license was not allocated to you
- If there was a duplicate charge for the same software license
- If the product is officially discontinued by TheVaishnav before delivery
Refund Process
In case you qualify for a refund under the above exceptions:
- Contact our support team immediately with your purchase details
- Provide the transaction ID and proof of payment
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase
Important Notes
- All sales are final once the software license is allocated
- Software activation or download constitutes acceptance of the product
- Technical issues will be addressed through our support system rather than refunds
- Refund requests for any other reasons will not be entertained
